Abstract

A model is a technical term used to represent a theoretical concept or practical work design that aims to improve operational effectiveness. While a theory or work design may not inherently qualify as a model, their structure and content can be developed into theoretical or work design models, much like versions of computer applications. Therefore, when discussing model development, mostly it pertains to the process of developing a theory or work design. However, this paper will predominantly focus on the development of work-design models rather than theoretical models. It aims to cover the fundamental concepts of models, model development, model verification, and conclusion.
