Guidelines for the Development of Human Resource Management Using Good Governance Principles in Schools School Center for Quality Education Tha Ton Center 1, Chiang Mai Primary Educational Area Office 3

Abstract

The objective of this research is 1) to investigate the status of human resources management using good governance principles in the School Center 2) to study the best practices of human resources management using good governance principles in the School 3) to propose guidelines for human resources management using good governance principles in the School Center The population used in this research is 113 persons from the School Center for Quality Education Tha Ton Center 1 for the 2022 academic year. A sample of 84 people was selected using Taro Yamane's formula and simple random sampling. This research found that, 1) the overall status of human resources management using good governance principles in the School Center indicated a moderate condition. 2) best practices of human resources management using good governance principles in educational institutions include (1) Recruitment and appointment, (2) Performance enhancement/development, (3) Promotion of professional development, (4) Promotion and recognition (5), Promotion of professional standards and ethics and (6) Promotion of discipline, morality, and ethics. 3) The guidelines for human resource management using good governance principles include (1) Recruitment and appointment must be carried out transparently and fairly, (2) Performance enhancement/ development must be done under good governance principles, (3) Promotion of professional development must be clear, transparent, and auditable, (4) Promotion and recognition must of the responsibility for self-development, (5) there must be a promotion and establishment of professional standards and ethics and (6) Promotion of discipline, morality, and ethics.
