The Development Guidelines for Academic Administration of Schools in the Doi Tung Development Project Area (Royal Work Area)

Abstract

The research has three objectives 1) to study the current state academic administration. 2) to study the factors’ academic administration. 3) to guidelines for academic administration. The participants were used in the research according to the objectives number one; the school director six people, teachers eighty-six people. the objectives number two; the head of academic department five people. And the objectives number three; the school director one person, supervisor one person and the head of academic department three people. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. And they were collected analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Then the research presented in a table format with lectures and essays. The research found that: 1) The Independent Study found that the results of study the current state academic administration was a high level; 2) The results of study the factors’ academic administration found that internal factors; the school has a clear structure and policies , output and services , personnel ,financial efficiency ,materials and resources and management. Then there was an external factor; the state of social and culture, technological advances, the state of economic and Politics and law; 3) The results of study the guidelines for academic administration found that  the developmental curriculum of school. ,the developmental of learning progress. the development and use educational technology. the measurement evaluation and transfer of school record.
