Abstract
The objective of this academic article aims to present knowledge about the innovative leadership qualities of vocational education institution managers that are essential for fostering a culture of innovation and change within vocational education institutions. It emphasizes the importance of cultivating a culture that supports innovation and change by fostering creative leadership, supporting research and development, fostering a positive attitude within the team, and utilizing technology and ethics in management to enhance the efficiency of vocational education institutions. Managers with innovative leadership qualities can help institutions grow and develop sustainably in an era of rapid change. Building an organizational culture that supports innovation, supporting skills development and the ability to present new ideas, creating an atmosphere that encourages challenges and experimentation, and developing leadership skills are crucial for vocational education institution managers to lead institutions towards excellence and create innovative and transformative learning environments. Innovative leadership qualities lead to the creation and support of innovation and excellence in vocational education institutions by building an organizational culture that supports innovation, supporting skills development and the ability to present new ideas, creating an atmosphere that encourages challenges and experimentation, and developing leadership skills. Managers of vocational education institutions should be prepared to lead institutions towards excellence and create learning environments filled with innovation and change
