Abstract
The objective of this research were to: study, compare, find and to develop the efficiency and effectiveness of academic affairs administration of schools under Sakon Nakhon primary educational service area office 1. The sample group 375 people. Using by Krejci & Morgan’s sampling tables and multi-step random sampling method. Questionnaire on the administrative efficiency academic levels. Its discrimination power was between .426-.859. With the reliability of .975, and the questionnaire on the effectiveness of academic administration has a discrimination power between .384-.823. With the reliability of .946. The statistics analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient Analysis, an interview form for guidelines developing. The findings were as follows: 1) Overall efficiency and effectiveness of academic administration according, are at the highest level. 2) Efficiency and effectiveness of academic administration according to opinions classified by position status, the nature of teaching and the size of the schools are as: Overall, efficiency of academic administration classified by position status were significantly different at .01. As for types of school program provision and school size overall were no differences. Effectiveness of academic administration, classified by position status was found to be significantly different overall with a statistical significance of .01. As for types of school program provision and school size overall were no differences. 3) Overall academic administration efficiency with efficiency Administer academic affairs overall as a whole had a positive relationship at the statistical significance of the .01 in a high level. 4) Guidelines for developing the efficiency and effectiveness of academic administration: Efficiency have 3 aspects: development of research, development of educational Media, development Innovation and technology for education and curriculum development. Effectiveness have 3 aspects: Students quality development, educational institutions and relations with parents and communities.
