Abstract

The main objective of this research is to develop a participatory academic administration model to develop the quality of students at Ban Hong Khat Nong Takhian School. The operation is in 4 phases, namely the study of needs and guidelines for academic administration. pattern creation Model trial and evaluate satisfaction. The target group used in the research were 30 informants, 9 experts in guideline study, 12 experts in model verification, 11 people in model testing, and 11 people in satisfaction assessment. Tools used include questionnaires, interview forms, and focus group recordings. Academic achievement score recording form Desired characteristics and satisfaction assessment form. Statistics used include percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and the index of essential needs. Research results 1) Necessary needs Overall in every aspect, it was found that the highest needs index was in the evaluation aspect, followed by the operations aspect. There are 5 elements: (1) principles of the model, (2) objectives of the model, (3) methods of operation of the model, (4) evaluation of the model, and (5) ) Conditions for success of the model. 3) The results of the trial using the format found that in the academic year 2023 the percentage of average scores in academic achievement and desirable characteristics increased from the academic year 2022 by 1.36 percent and 4) satisfaction with the format.
