Guidelines for School-Based Management Development In The Khlong Nam Lai Group Under The Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions, and the problems for school-based management (SBM) in Khlong Nam Lai Cluster under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Office 2, 2) to find the development guidelines for school-based management (SBM) in Khlong Nam Lai Cluster under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Office 2.The population consisted of 128 persons of school administrator and teachers in Khlong Nam Lai Cluster and 17 experts in educational administration in schools. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, means (m) standard deviation (s) and content analysis

          The research findings were as follows:

1. School-based school management (SBM) in the Nam Lai Canal group. Under the Office of the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2, in general, it was at a high level. In order as follows 1) the principle of returning power to provide education to the people 96.87%, 2) the self-administration principle 96.87, 3) the principle of decentralization 95.31%, 4) the principle of participation 95.31% and 5) the principles of checks and balances 95.31 percent
2. Problems for the development of school-based administration (SBM) in the Klong Nam Lai group. Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 2, overall, it was at the moderate level as follows: 1) the principle of decentralization, the average value of 2.98 2) the principle of checks and balances, average 2.78 3) the principle of returning the power of education to the people, the average 2.73 4) Self-management principles mean 2.71 and 5) participatory principles mean 2.68
3. Guidelines for the development of school-based administration (SBM) in the Klong Nam Lai group Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area Kamphaeng Phet District 2, the results of this research 1) the principles of decentralization. Procurement information should be disclosed. 2) Principles of participation. Should meet to clarify the operations of the school. Operational planning Based on the principle of participation 3) Principles for returning the power to provide education to the people Management must have good governance principles. Have leadership Professional management 4) self-management principles Educational institutions should have a standard for assessing merit according to the rule of GTEPC 5) principles of checks and balances. Educational institutions should reflect the results of the quality improvement of the school in 3 standards: the quality of the learners. The administrative and management processes of the school administrators and the learner-centered teaching and learning process.
