The The Administration of Entrepreneurship Vocational Educational Incubator in Bangkok to be excellent center

Abstract

          The objectives of this research are to 1) study the operation conditions of the Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator in Bangkok for Excellence 2) to propose a guideline for the operation of the Vocational Entrepreneur Incubator in Bangkok to excellence. This research used a blended research methodology of quantitative research and qualitative research. Deputy Director of the College Center heads and personnel serving in vocational population is entrepreneur’s incubators of educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Bangkok, totaling 102 people and experts in the incubator of vocational education entrepreneurs of 8 people. 5 level estimation form and interview form Data analysis by statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And content analysis

The results of the research were as follows:

Operating conditions for vocational entrepreneur incubator in Bangkok to excellence Overall, it was at a high level and the results of an analysis of opinions on the operating problems of the incubator for vocational entrepreneurs in Bangkok. Each aspect consisted of 1) In training 2) Incubation 3) Innovation 4) Administrative

Guidelines for the Operation of the Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator in Bangkok for Excellence It can be summarized as follows: 1 In training should have recruitment considerate to select talent people or who is interesting to training in vocational entrepreneur incubator by verity method workshop. Incubation should have business network. They cooperated with internal and external department to continue of vocational entrepreneur incubator. Administrative, to consult how to establish the business, Business plan, Business registration, management and marketing production to continue in financial and accounting. Innovation should support the vocational entrepreneur incubator. Research and development the innovation and invention for extend in commercial to be long term register a patent business.
