The Development of Learning Unit on Occupation and Technology Learning on Doughnut Baking for Prathom 6 Students

The purposes of the research are to develop technology learning about how to make doughnut recipe, and to study the effectiveness from the technology lesson plan about how to make doughnut recipe for grade 6 students. The population was 21 students of grade 6 from Baanwalee School, Phob Phra District, Tak Province in the second semester of academic year 2014 under Tak Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research tools were learning unit on technology occupation and technology about doughnut recipe for grade 6 students by including of 4 lesson plans, 20 hours; writing test consist of 3 questions; the individual and group activity assessment. As from the research found that the average of students can learn and understand how to make doughnut recipe is 76.62. The average of the activity assessment is 70.68. The quality of technology learning lesson plan about doughnut recipe unit for grade 6 students is good and appropriate to use and learn by kids.
