The Model of Buddhist Integrated Leadership of Municipality Administrators in Buriram Province

Abstract

This research aims to 1. Study the leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province. 2. Study factors affecting the leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province. 3. Present an integrated Buddhist leadership model of municipal administrators in Buriram Province. The research is an integrated approach. The quantitative research used a questionnaire to collect data from 264 municipal personnel in Buriram Province. Data were analyzed by frequency. percentage. mean. standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis and qualitative research Using in-depth interviews of 19 figures or people. content-oriented data analysis and focus group discussions of 9 figures or people were used to confirm after data synthesis.

          The results showed that

1. Leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province Overall. it was at a high level in all aspects.


2. Factors affecting the leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province were: 1) characteristics of administrators The ability to control side with intelligence Responsible Self-confidence affects leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province at 80.1 percent.


3. The Integrated Buddhist Leadership Model of Municipal Administrators in Buriram Province found that the characteristics of the Administrator consisted of 7 aspects. namely vision. advice to colleagues. commitment work with caution have firmness apply justice leading to the promotion of leadership of municipal administrators in Buriram Province. consisting of 6 aspects: using the principle of right view and the right way to determine the organizational management strategy that is in line with the opportunities Use the principles of Right Meditation and Right Meditation to make decisions in time. and have energy or motivation Communicate with the principle of right speech.
