Social Process Towards The Creation of Community Costitution

Abstract

The social process towards the creation of a community charter is a study of the interrelationship between social processes and the drive towards the creation of a community charter. This starts with the identification of issues and needs for joint development among the people in the community, leading to rules, agreements, and consensus. This process involves studying community data, identifying issues and needs, coordinating cooperation from network partners, organizing a forum to analyze and assess the environment to draft and announce a community charter.

          The results of the study found that the social process consisting of actors, goals, conditions and methods through the process of communication, conflict, competition, benefit, synergy and support can promote and support the creation and achievement of community charter goals and objectives according to the principles of creating community awareness, thinking together, working together using the community as a base to create confidence, building community power, social power, knowledge power, wisdom power and public media power because if the social process is strong, it will result in the community charter being strong and achieving the goals and objectives.
