Abstract

The objectives of this article presentation were to explain the guidelines of making confidence in justice process of victims in rape cases, and to analyze the process of investigating victims in criminal prosecution of the rape offenses by investigating officers found that the confidence in justice process of victims in rape cases It is a case that can make understanding, access, and development, especially making an understanding of the legal system in order to reduce wrongdoing, explaining the rights of citizens and officials, good information communication, transparency and fairness to the information receivers, linking of information system. Reducing operational procedures and improving law to keep up with the crime evolution which has the form and method of change, to develop knowledge, expertise and skills to keep operation up to date that can lead to the process of making confidence in justice process of victims in rape case.
