Emotional Quotient and Organization Commitment of Employees : A Case Study in TWA Engineering Co., Ltd.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the personal factors affecting organizational commitment and the relationship between the emotional quotient and organization commitment of employees: a case study in TWA Engineering co., ltd. The sample was 100 employees in TWA Engineering co., ltd. The statistics used for analysis were descriptive statistics including percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics including T-test and correlation analysis from the scatter diagram. The results found that the emotional quotient, as a whole, was at the moderate level by with goodness aspect gained the highest mean, and the organizational commitment, as a whole, was at the moderate level by full exertion aspect gained the highest mean. The employees with different ages, monthly incomes, and working experience had different levels of organizational commitment with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The level of emotional quotient and organization commitment entirely was positive correlation at the level of 0.5789 by having a correlation of organization commitment = 0.6552* and level of emotional
quotient + 0.847.
