Abstract

The purposes of this research were; 1) to promote a learning management experiences of early childhood in a local organization, Chanthaburi baseon80/802) to study the results of thinking activity package for enhancing management experiences of early childhood in a local organization, Chanthaburi and; 3) to study the satisfaction of teacher toward to the thinking activity package by to promote thinking skills. The research participants were 30 early childhood in Bankeaw school. The research consisted of 2 phases: 1) the development of thinking activity package for enhancing management experiences of early childhood in a local organization, Chanthaburi consisting of 3 steps; (1) develop the thinking activity package model, (2) preliminary field study of the thinking activity package model, and (3) analysis and revision of the thinking activity package, and 2) the conclusion of the research results.
The findings were as follows:
1. The results of the thinking activity package for enhancing management experiences of early childhood attained an efficiency index of 81.86/82.85
2. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the thinking activity package using t-test showed that the post-test scores of the experimental group were significantly different from the pre-test scores of the experimental group at the level of .01
3. After using the thinking activity package; The satisfaction of the teacher was at a high level of satisfaction.
