Study of tourists' behavior and satisfaction with agricultural tourism activities : A Case Study of Agritourism Suan Phai by Yai Lee

The purpose of this research are 1) to study the agricultural tourism behavior of Thai tourists toward agro-tourism in By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden; 2) study the satisfaction of agro-tourism among Thai tourists toward the By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden agro-tourism and 3) to suggest activities for the management of the By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden agro-tourism management. The sample of the study was 400 Thai tourists who visited Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The instrument used for this research was a questionnaire and the statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The research results of Agro-tourism: a case study of Agro-tourism at By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden found that most of the tourists were female, aged between 21-25 years old. Most of them had a bachelor's degree with the student occupation. Considering the satisfaction of By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden agro-tourism activity model, it was found that the tourists were satisfied with the grey oyster mushroom cultivation activities in the mushroom plants, followed by the vegetable gardening and medicinal herbs cultivation activities, which are interesting agricultural activities of By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden that tourists can put their knowledge into practice. By studying the satisfaction behavioral and basic facilities of By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden Agro-tourism, it was found that tourists were most satisfied with the environment of the service facility, followed by the clarity of recommendations (documents or personnel or notice boards or others); The access to By Yai Lee Bamboo Garden that is convenient/ safe/ with clear signposts; The sufficient availability of food and beverage outlets with clean food with high quality in reasonable price and The restrooms and toilets that are clean/ adequate/ convenient to use at a high level.
