Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study positive psychological capital, followership and creative leadership of students.2) To find the relationship between positive psychological capital and followership and creative leadership of students. 3) to create a forecasting equation for creative leadership of students. The samples were167 students from the bachelor of science program aviation safety management in semester 2, year 2021 by stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire which the reliability by Cronbach' alpha coefficient is 0.98. Statistical analysis was done by Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research found that
- The Overall and individual positive psychology capital, followership and creative leadership were at a high level.
- Positive psychology capital and Followership were a high positive correlation with creative leadership.
- Predictive variables influence creative leadership of Bachelor of Science Program Students, Majoring in Aviation Safety Management, in the College of Aviation & Transportation, Sripatum University. In order from most to least they are: Competence and Focus, Courage, Hope and Efficacy. The efficiency of forecasting using all independent variables included in the equation was able to accurately describe the variance of the dependent variable by 77.2%. Therefore, the forecast equation in standard score form is as follows
= 0.396 (Competence and Focus) + 0.314 (Courage) + 0.134 (Hope) + 0.144 (Efficacy)
The results of this research Dean of the College of Aviation and Transportation Sripatum University can use information for educational administration by planning, formulating policies, promoting and supporting the teaching and learning of the curriculum. It is a guideline for designing and organizing various activities and developing creative leadership of Bachelor of Science program students, majoring in aviation safety management, in the College of Aviation and Transportation Sripatum University.
