Policy on AI
The NIDA Journal of Language and Communication (NIDA JLC) is committed to promoting academic innovation while upholding academic integrity. We value human intellectual capacity and respect individual intellectual property.
While we recognize the potential of human-technology synergy to advance academic excellence, NIDA JLC prefers manuscripts that maximize human input and minimize AI use. To ensure ethical practices, authors must declare any AI involvement in their research or manuscript preparation at the time of submission.
Please note that, as part of our standard procedures, all manuscripts undergo checks using plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g., Turnitin.com). Manuscripts exceeding 15% similarity or 20% AI-generated content will prompt contact for explanation and/or revisions; otherwise, submission may be rejected.
