1. The article must be a subject in the humanities and social sciences regarding Tai-Thai studies to foster new knowledge and enhance the wisdom of Tai-Thai people for the general public.

2. The article should be in Thai or English, approximately 15-20 pages in length, A4 size paper,  TH Sarabun New16 font, and submitted in electronic data files.  

3. Thai Studies Journal accepts articles at any time throughout the year.

4. Each article must include a title, the full name and a brief biography of the author, along with educational qualifications, position and workplace, both in Thai and English.

5. The article must have an abstract in both Thai and English, along with 3-5 keywords in both Thai and English.

6. If the article contains tables or charts, a separate file of the table or chart should be attached, as well as included within the article.

7. If the article contains non-Thai text or special symbols, information about the special characters or symbols should be provided with submission of the article.

8. Attribution should be provided for any photos included in the article. If the researcher took the image themself, the day, month and year when the image was taken should be provided.

9. Citations should use the author-date system and be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the article following the APA citation system. The citations in the article and the reference list at the end of the article should be made in both English and Thai. The authors can study the format of the reference list in the template of the article in the Journal of Thai Studies.

10. Every article will be assessed for its quality, both in terms of content and relevance to the purpose of the Journal of Thai Studies, by at least three experts in the field related to the article using a double-blind review system.
