Organizational Role of Naval Special Warfare Command with The Development of Leadership of Thai Navy Seals in Rescuing Moopa (Wild Boar) Academy

Abstract
This research aimed to study organizational role of Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) with the development of leadership of Thai navy seals in rescuing Moopa (wild boar) academy, a qualitative research. Data was collected from documentary studies and In-depth interviews from key data providers, including leaders of the NSWC and underwater destroyers attack the advance part of the operation. The research instrument are structure interview, content analysis and presentation of descriptive analysis. The findings revealed that 1) Organization management of the NSWC was bureaucratic model. Leaders at different levels of the NSWC have tasked oriented behavior. 2) Leader of the NSWC who play an important role in helping the Moopa (wild boar) academy, consultative leadership behavior and effective leader.
