Abstract

The purpose of this study was to The problems over all of costs in construction business which highly competitive situations and propose guidelines for managing costs in the construction business for maximum efficiency to increase competitiveness which analyzing the relevant literature. This is the first step in the research process and summarizing the essence to guide the research further. The results of study were as follows 1) duplication of work, document management systems in organizations, skill of labors, experiences in working and working work of coordination. 2) Propose recommendation about cost management guidelines in the construction business including using technology for operation, cost control.
