Ethical Leadership of School Administrator Affecting School Effectiveness of Sports School Thailand National Sport University

Abstract
The objectives of this study are: (1) to study the levels of ethical leadership of school administrator of sports school Thailand national sport university, (2) to study the levels of school effectiveness of sports school Thailand national sport university (3) to study the relationship of ethical leadership of school administrator of sports school Thailand national sport university with school effectiveness of sports school Thailand national sport university (4) and to write forecasting equations the influence of ethical leadership on school effectiveness of sports school Thailand national sport university. The total samples were 273 of basic subject teachers, sports coaches and the sports supporters of sports school Thailand national sport university. The research instruments were 5 rating scales questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis (stepwise) was applied as the analysis data method. The research results have indicated that (1) The levels of ethical leadership of school administrators of sports school Thailand national sport university were at a high level. (2) The levels of school effectiveness of sports school Thailand national sport university were at a high level. (3) The relations of ethical leadership with school effectiveness of sports school were at the statistically significant positive moderate level to strong level. (4) Ethical leadership of school administrator of sports school Thailand national sport university had influenced on school effectiveness of sports school. It could predicted school effectiveness of sports school statistically significant at .01. (R2 = .840)
