แนวทางพัฒนาสวนสาธารณะในเขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม 2) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะพื้นที่สวนสาธารณะในเขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจ ความต้องการของประชาชนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาสวนสาธารณะ และ 4) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาพื้นที่สวนสาธารณะที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เขตบางรักเป็นเขตศูนย์กลางทางการค้าและบริการของกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความหลากหลายของเชื้อชาติ ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม เขตบางรักมีสวนสาธารณะ 3 ประเภท คือ สวนหย่อมเขนาดเล็ก สวนถนน และสวนเฉพาะทางสวนสาธารณะดังกล่าวมีขนาดเล็ก ไม่เอื้อต่อการทำกิจกรรมเพื่อการพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยส่วนใหญ่จึงมีความต้องการระดับมากในเรื่องการพัฒนาพื้นที่ให้เป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการศึกษา ตลอดจนต้องการสวนสาธารณะทั้งขนาดเล็กขนาดใหญ่ สวนแนวตั้งหรือสวนดาดฟ้าในพื้นที่ แนวทางพัฒนารสวนสาธารณะจึงควรจัดหาพื้นที่สีเขียวและสวนสาธารณะเพิ่มเติม อีกทั้งพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสวนสาธารณะที่มีอยู่เดิม

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper are: a) to study physical, economic and social Characteristics of Bang Ruk district; b) to study features of public parks in this area; c) to analyze the satisfaction and the needs of the locals towards the development of parks; and d) to suggest the guidelines for development of public parks in line in line with the needs of residents in the area. The results of this research showed that Bang Rak district is a trade and service center of Bangkok. There are a variety of races, religions, and cultures. This locality has three kinds of parks; small parks, street parks, and specific parks. All parks are small and are not conducive to recreational and leisure activities. From this situation, most respondents have a high level of needs to develop the green areas for education, creating both small and large parks in the district, and building the vertical garden and the rooftop garden. Guidelines for developing public parks in the future should focus on providing the green areas and public parks as well as developing and improving the existing parks.
