Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของงานวิจัยนี้ คือการเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเรือนพื้นถิ่นอีสานสภาวะสบายทางด้านอุณหภูมิ โดยใช้ระบบธรรมชาติเพื่อสภาวะสบายทางอุณหภูมิเป็นหลัก โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ การสอบถามผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเรือนและการสำรวจสภาพของเรือนพื้นถิ่นอีสานโดยเลือกเรือนที่ทรงคุณค่าและมีลักษณะทางสถาปัตยกรรมของเรือนพื้นอีสานและเรือนที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบโดยมีการใช้วัสดุในการก่อสร้าง เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างที่เกิดขึ้น โดยพิจารณาถึงแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาให้เกิดเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของชุมชน อยู่บนพื้นฐานของภูมิปัญญาและวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม

ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่าผู้ที่อาศัยในเรือนไม่มีความรู้เรื่องการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาเรือนอย่างถูกวิธี การเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์ประกอบเรือนเกิดจากความเสื่อมสภาพของวัสดุตามอายุการใช้งาน และเกิดการกระทำของเจ้าของเรือนเองเนื่องจากการต่อเติมบ้านตามความพอใจ วัสดุและช่างขาดความชำนาญในการก่อสร้างความต้องการปลูกเรือนหลังใหม่ ตามแบบและวัสดุสมัยใหม่ แบบบ้านที่ปรากฏตามสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ต่างๆได้เข้ามามีบทบาทต่อรูปลักษณ์ของเรือนพักอาศัยของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง

นอกจากจะรวบรวมรูปแบบเรือนพื้นถิ่นอีสานแล้ว ยังได้ศึกษาลักษณะทางสถาปัตยกรรมการตั้งถิ่นฐาน วัฒนธรรมประเพณีและความเชื่อที่มีอิทธิพลต่อเรือนพื้นถิ่นอีสานเพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลสามารถนำไปออกแบบบ้านให้เกิดความเหมาะสมกับท้องถิ่น เพื่อตอบสนองความเป็นอยู่และอนุรักษ์ความเป็นพื้นถิ่นอีสานให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตในปัจจุบันและอนาคตเพื่อสามารถยกระดับสถาปัตยกรรมอีสานที่เกิดจากภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านในอดิตให้อยู่ร่วมกับสังคมยุคสมัยใหม่ได้โดยเป็นมิตรกับสภาพแวดล้อมและปลูกฝังค่านิยมของงานสถาปัตยกรรมอีสานให้สืบทอดควบคู่ไปกับการใช้ชีวิตของคนอีสานในปัจจุบัน

Abstract

The point leads to study : The Recommendation to development of Vernacular house for Comfort in the Northeast of Thailand. Using nature as a basis. By comparing between the local architecture and modern style house. The tradition of local wisdom and culture was considered for conservation and development as the unit of community questionnaires and survey methods were used and the percentage have mention for analyzed the data .The result of this research was concluded as follows

The Summary results of that research. All these components were well related to the old / tradition way of living .The obstacles of local architecture conservation and development were lack of Vernacular house in the Northeast of Thailand. conservation, deterioration of materials from the time past , lack of knowledge for house casing of the houses ‘ owners , lack construction materials, And skilled craftsmen. The ways of living have been changed. Old fashion buildings were now regarded as antique style. Most of the people want to build the modern style house by using modernized materials , the main reason is unavailable of the craftsmen and materials for conservation house. House designs from magazine and other media played important rote.

The conclusion of this research would to give the information for appropriate housing design by collecting the related data the finding of present invalidation will be great significant to help conservation of Vernacular house in the Northeast of Thailand. styles identity and adapting the house style far the present and future. To enhance the local architecture northeast with the new generation of social-friendly environment. and cultivate values of local architecture northeast with life today.
