บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการอธิบายความหมายของคำว่า “ที่ว่าง” ในหนังสือถามข้อหารือ และ
หนังสือตอบข้อหารือกับกฎกระทรวงฉบับที่ 55 (พ.ศ. 2543) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. 2522 ข้อมูลที่ใช้ได้มาจากข้อหารือกฎกระทรวงฉบับที่ 55ฯ เกี่ยวกับคำนิยามศัพท์ “ที่ว่าง” ซึ่งปรากฏในหนังสือรวมข้อหารือเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมอาคาร ของกรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง พ.ศ. 2543 - พ.ศ. 2552 ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า คำว่า “ที่ว่าง” ในกฎกระทรวงฉบับที่ 55ฯ เป็นคำที่มีผลกระทบต่ออาคารทุกหลังในประเทศไทย เนื่องจากเจ้าของอาคารต้องเสียสิทธิการก่อสร้างบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด

Abstract
This article aims for comparison the word “Space” of 3 sets of documents such as: the ask documents, the answer documents and the Ministerial Regulations LV [B.E. 2543] in the Building Control Act B.E. 2522. The information for this study for meaning of the word “Space” for consultation in the Department of Public and City plan documents from B.E. 2543 - B.E. 2552. From the study, it is found that the word “Space” affects every building in Thailand because the building owners have to loss their some or all right to build.
