บทบาทและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตลาดคลองสิบสองหกวา จังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์พัฒนาการทางด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม ระบบกิจกรรมและบทบาทของตลาดคลองสิบสองหกวา จังหวัดปทุมธานี ตั้งแต่อดีต จนถึงปัจจุบัน (พ.ศ. 2440 - พ.ศ. 2566 ) ผ่านการเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ เช่น การสำรวจพื้นที่และการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากเอกสารและแผนที่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบทบาทของตลาดเปลี่ยนแปลงในแต่ละยุคได้แก่ ยุคเริ่มต้นมีบทบาทด้านการค้าขายและที่อยู่อาศัยส่วนบทบาทรองคือการทำเกษตรกรรม ยุครุ่งเรืองการค้าขายยังเป็นบทบาทหลัก ขณะที่การเกษตรเป็นบทบาทรอง ยุคปัจจุบันบทบาทหลักเปลี่ยนไปสู่การเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและถ่ายทำละคร ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลให้ตลาดเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงมากที่สุดคือ การพัฒนาเส้นทางคมนาคมทางบกทำให้ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพี่นที่เดิมอพยพและย้ายถิ่นฐานไปยังพื้นที่อื่นที่มีการคมนาคมสะดวกกว่า ทำให้ร้านค้ามีจำนวนลดน้อยลง โดยความพยายามฟื้นฟูพื้นที่จากภาครัฐและประชาชนยังไม่ประสบผลสำเร็จ
