Factors Affecting Management for the Learning Organization of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters

Abstract

The research is to study the differences of personal factors and management for the learning organization of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, Chaengwattana area and study the influence of the system learning organization model factors on management for the learning organization of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, Chaengwattana area. Collecting data from the 353 sample who are government officers of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, Chaengwattana area. The data were analyzed by employing statistical analyses: frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results are: The study found that the most of samples were female, aged 31-40 years, bachelor's degree, rank SubLt.-Capt, salary 15,001-25,000 baht and has working for 21-40 years. Agreement of the system learning organization in overall and each part were at a high level and Agreement of the system learning organization in overall and each part were at a high level. The opinion towards stepping up to managing for the learning organization in overall and each part were at a high level too. The hypothesis test results revealed that the personal factors such as age, ranks, salary per month and work experience influenced on the management for the learning organization of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarter that was statistical significant at the 0.05 level but gender and education weren’t. The system learning organization such as Learning subsystem, organization subsystem, people subsystem, knowledge subsystem and technology subsystem influenced on management for the learning organization of Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarter that was statistical significant at the 0.05 level.
