Influences of Creative Leadership and Social Responsibility on an Image of Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the relationship among creative leadership, social responsibility, and an image of Amateur Muaythai of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand. 2) to study the influences of creative leadership on an image of the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand both direct and indirect via social responsibility. The sample was Thai amateur boxing athletes and those who are involved with the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand. Judgmental sampling was randomly, and completely sample size was 400. 


The results found that the correlation coefficient among observable variables was 0.525 - 0.791; and every variable had a significant level. From structural equation modeling, it found that creative leadership had influenced on social responsibility with significantly and the variance predicted by creative leadership with 77.0 percent. Moreover, creative leadership had a direct effect on an image of the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand with significantly and had indirect effect via social responsibility with significantly and variance predicted by creative leadership with 86.0 percent. Finally, social responsibility had a direct effect on an image of the Amateur Muaythai Association of Thailand under the Patronage of the Royal Crown Prince of Thailand with significantly. Fit indices of the model were X / df = 1.072; CFA = 1.00; NNF = 1.00; RMSEA = 0.013 and 90% CI for RMSEA = 0.040
