A study of Technology Blockchain Model in the Thai Judicial: Case Studies of the Court of Justice

Abstract

Most of Block Chain Technology usage model in the Justice Court of First Instance is useful for 1) developing all justice administration to have standardized management in its organization through electronic system, and developing security system to be stable, reliable and valid to be examined by legalized law and to develop the specialist in system development 2) managing and integrating information to be employed for internal and external organizations such as case examination procedures, designations types, sizes, difficulties and investigations etc. 3) improving paradigm and raising proficiency level in Block Chain technology using at all Justice Court personnel levels to have digital competency and skill effectively and intelligently, 4) developing Block Chain Technology’s structure to support the court of justice’s mission in order to have a security and standard and to be able to operate and service to all relevant people  beneficially, and 5) developing digital innovation of Block Chain usage to facilitate justice procedure of the court of justice conveniently and rapidly, to reduce the cost of digital developing plan to respond behaviors and demands which are adjusted by the Block Chain technology’s context due to economics and society, to decrease the process of the court administration, and to an administrative management’s efficiency of the Justice Court of First Instance on electronics case administration or e-government contact ,etc.
