Legal Aspects in Protecting Adventure Tourist

Abstract
The objective of this study aimed to analyze the legal aspects of adventure tourism to find out legal Protection for adventure tourists. The methodology was a document study on laws concerned, research papers, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, and group discussion. The results showed that most services of adventure services for tourists were under standard set by the Department of Tourism. With surveys, in-depth interviews,s and group discussions, most agreed to make compulsory online registration on adventure tourism for database and promotion of adventure tourism for staff and management. An insurance system should be used to reduce the entrepreneur’s risk in case of an accident. People concerned all agreed to have a law with compulsory registration on adventure tourism by amending on Tourism Business and Guide Act, 2008. The government was suggested to give incentives to registered enterprises.
