แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการลงทัณฑ์ด้านวินัยทหารของกองทัพบกไทย

บทคัดย่อ

Discipline is the important instrument for control behavior and operation of military who with Arm Protect the Country. Nowadays, there were the news for more defect military discipline to social. The objectives of research were to study 1) the level of guideline for system development in punishment military discipline of Royal Thai Army 2) the casual factor of Practice for military coding, power of military leadership, practice order and military doctrine, and Education practice for good governance influencing to the guideline for system development in punishment military discipline 3) develop the guideline for system development in punishment military discipline. This research employed mixed methods mainly based on quantitative technique and confirmed with qualitative technique. Estimating sample size based on 20 times of the twenty observed variables. A sample of 400 people was drawn using a stratified method. Data were collect with questionnaires and were analyzed using a structural equation model. For the qualitative research part conducted in-debt interviews with 15 key informants by content analysis. The research results indicated that: 1) the level of guideline for system development in punishment military discipline was the high level. Except practice for military coding, power of military leadership, practice order and military doctrine and education practice for good governance were the highest level. 2) The overall impact factors influenced on the guide line for system development in punishment military discipline were determined respectively, power of military leadership, practice order and military doctrine, practice for military coding and education practice for good governance and 3) the guideline contributes was a quadrilateral chart consisting of power of military leadership as the base practice order and military doctrine and practice for military coding are in the middle as intervening variables and education practice for good governance in enhancing on the top.
