A Study of Potential for Community Enterprise Management of Cultural Products in Maha Sarakham Province for International Market

Abstract

This research aims to study about the effect of factors of management on successful of community enterprise of 3 community enterprises cultural product groups in Maha Sarakham province which are furniture products community enterprise group, mat products community enterprise group and Benjarong house community enterprise group. This study was conducted by qualitative research, using many methods for the purpose of triangulation results, the target group is 3 product community enterprise groups studied and 6 prototype groups by in-depth interviews, observation in the area and focus groups from 7 government agencies and 3 private entrepreneurs.  SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, 7s Mckinsey Framework, BCG Model and Benchmarking with the best practice groups were chosen for analyzing these quanlitative data. This research presents guidelines for developing the management potential of community enterprises in order to lead to the creation of policy recommendations and management suggestions for managing change for the sustainable development of community enterprises.
