The Relationship Between Innovative Leadership of Administrators and Internal Quality Assurance Implementations of School Under Singburi Primary Eeducational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of innovative leadership of educational administrators in the Singhburi Primary Educational Service Area, 2) study the level of internal quality assurance operations in educational institutions in the Singhburi Primary Educational Service Area, and 3) study the relationship between innovative leadership of educational administrators and internal quality assurance operations in educational institutions in the Singhburi Primary Educational Service Area. The sample group in the study was 265 administrators and teachers of educational institutions in the Singhburi Primary Educational Service Area. Multi-stage random sampling was used and data were collected by questionnaires sent to the administrators via the school's my office. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data, including percentages, frequencies, means, standard deviations, and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis, namely Pearson's correlation. The results of the study found that educational administrators in the Singhburi Primary Educational Service Area had an overall high level of innovative leadership (Everage = 4.36) and an overall high level of internal quality assurance operations in the educational institutions (Everage = 4.42). The results of the research hypothesis testing found that innovative leadership of educational administrators There is a positive relationship with the operation of educational quality assurance within the educational institution, Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. There is a high level of positive relationship (r = 0.70). The aspect with the highest relationship is the aspect of creating an innovative organizational atmosphere (r = 0.90), followed by the aspect of teamwork and participation (r = 0.83), and the aspect with the lowest relationship is the aspect of having an innovative vision (r = 0.63).
