Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the factors affecting the innovative leadership of school administrators 2) to study the level of innovative leadership among school administrators, 3) to study the relationship between the factors affecting innovative leadership and 4) to create a predictive equation for innovative leadership among school. The sample in this research that from Krejcie & Morgan’s table. They were teachers 291 that obtained by a multi-stage random sampling method. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaires of regarding to factors affecting innovative leadership of school administrators with the content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and the reliability was 0.95, the personal factors with reliability was 0.86 the organizational factors reliability was 0.87 reliability the team factors was 0.87 the technology factors reliability was 0.75 and the questionnaires of regarding to factors affecting innovative leadership of school administrators with the content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and the reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: The level of factors affecting innovative leadership in overall was high level ( average= 4.36, S.D. = 0.37). The level of innovative leadership among school administrators in overall was high level (average = 4.35, S.D. = 0.37). The factors affecting innovative leadership had a positive correlation with innovative leadership among school administrators that in overall was high level (rxy = 0.87) with is statistically significant at the .01 level. The organizational factors (X2) and The personal factors(X1) had a relation with innovative leadership of school administrators with statistically significance was the .05 level. The predicted factors those affected the boy scout affairs management was 89%.
