The Factors Affecting Boy Scout Affairs Management Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the factors level of the boy scout affairs management 2) to study the level of affecting boy scout affairs management 3) to study the relationship between the factors of the boy scout affairs management and the boy scout affairs management of school and 4) to create a predictive equation predicted factors affecting boy scout affairs management. The sample group consisted of 317. They were administrators and teachers that obtained by a multi-stage random sampling method. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaires of regarding to factors of the boy scout affairs management with the content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and the reliability between 0.89 - 0.94 and the questionnaires of regarding to boy scout affairs management with the content validity between 0.67 - 1.00 and the reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple stepwise regression. The research findings were as follows: The level of factors affecting the boy scout affairs management in overall was high level ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.30). The level of affecting boy scout affairs management in overall was high level ( = 4.41, S.D. = 0.44). The relationship between the factors of the boy scout affairs management and the boy scout affairs management of school had positive correlation that in overall was high level (rxy = 0.65) with is statistically significant at the .01 level. The factor of supervision (X5) The factor of organogram (X9) The factor of policy and planning (X3) The factor of learning management system (X2) and The factor of process (X7) had a relation with the boy scout affairs management of school with statistically significance was the .05 level. The predicted factors those affected the boy scout affairs management was 46%.
