The Factors Affecting Internal Quality Assurance of Ha Khun Suk (5 Warlords) Group under The Department of Learning Promotion

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study the factors and the internal quality assurance operations within educational institutions, to study the relationship between factors affecting the internal quality assurance operations and quality assurance operations within educational institutions; and to create a predictive equation for quality assurance operations within educational institutions. The sample group for this research consisted of 254 school administrators and teachers, selected using Krejcie and Morgan’s table through a multistage sampling method. The research instruments used include a questionnaire with content validity ranging from 0.67 - 1.00 and reliability between 0.85 - 0.97. Statistical analyses included mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple stepwise regression. The findings were as follows: 1) The overall level of factors affecting internal quality assurance operations was high. 2) The overall level of internal quality assurance operations was high. 3. The relationship between factors affecting internal quality assurance operations and internal quality assurance operations was moderately positive overall (rxy = 0.47) and 4) stakeholder involvement, budget, personnel, school management, administrators, and environmental factor setting collectively explained 93.4% of the variance in internal quality assurance operations. The predictive equation for the factors affecting internal quality assurance operations is as follows: Predictive equation in raw scores: Y' = 0.17+ 0.27(X4) + 0.33(X6) + 0.19(X2) + 0.12(X3) 0.10(X1) + (-0.04)(X5) Predictive equation in standardized scores: Z'= 0.27(Z4) + 0.34(Z6) + 0.19(Z2) + 0.12(Z3) + 0.10(Z1) + (-0.04)(Z5)
