STRATEGIC PLANNING TO DEVELOP SUFFICIENT ORGANIZATION

Objectives of this academic article were to study strategic planning to develop sufficient organization. To do so, it is based on behavioral pattern for continual operation with operational procedure that helped organization administration have suitable vision to operate the organization by setting the right direction to guide the future operation with overall clearly association, namely, 1. Surveying for understanding the environment, 2. Providing suitable operational direction and guidance, 3. Providing details of activities arranged in operational planning strategies and 4. Assessing the stratus of general planning for problem solving with the process to prevent problems to have guideline to the success of sufficient organization development.
