ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL USING THE 3P-2R MODEL STRATEGY PRACHANTRATBUMRUNG SCHOOL PRACHINBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

Academic administration model using the 3P-2R Model strategy to improve student quality at Prachantaratbamrung School Prachinburi Province was the development of academic management model for the development of student quality. There are 5 steps to develop learner achievement: Step 1 P1 Administrators use the Principles of Systematic Management (POLC), which are: Planning for academic management (Planning), Organizing academic work structure (Organizing). Organization of monitoring, creating leadership for teachers (Leading) and supervision and assessment (Controlling). Step 2 P2, Teachers use the Systematic Working Principles (PDCA), namely,  teachers plan classroom management (Plan), teachers organize learning activities (Do) Teachers conduct student assessment (Check) and Teacher improve learning management (Act). Step 3 P3, Students learn systematically (PLC) including organizing a learning community team, problem mobilization, reflection, and organizing activities. summary the Practices and correction. Step 4 Achievement in student quality development by the management of results (Result Based Management) and Step 5, Report (Reporting) in the aspect of school administration, teacher's work, and student's learning outcomes.
