Knowledge Management and Learning Organization According to The Threefold Training

Abstract

This academic article aimed to study knowledge management and learning organization according to the threefold training. Knowledge management is to collect the knowledge that exists in the organization which are scattered in the person or document to develop into a system so that everyone in the organization can develop themselves to be knowledgeable and is a learning organization that  is an organization that focuses on a form of management that focuses on the development of leadership along with learning together. There is an exchange of knowledge. There are guidelines to follow the threefold training, namely Athisilasikkha, Athhicittasikkha and Athipanyasikkha, which are briefly called Precepts, Concentration, and Wisdom, which is a training to develop the body, behavior, mind and wisdom to be in goodness as well as to operate efficiently which will result in the organization having the highest competitiveness.
