JOURNAL HISTORY:
Kasem Bundit University Journal was published for the first time in 1999, 6 years after the establishment of Kasem Bundit University in 1993 by an approval of the Ministry of Education in Thailand. To provide a plat form for an exchange of ideas, arguments, knowledge, and new technology, KBU Journal publishes academic and research articles as well as reviews in both Thai and English leagues twice a year by students, faculty members, scholars and practioners from the University and organizations both in Thailand and overseas.
AIM AND SCOPE
1.To disseminate interdisciplinary academic and research articles as well as book and article reviews, particularly in social sciences, humanities, communication arts, business administration, economics, political science and government, law and nursing science.
2.To be a focal point for an exchange of ideas, arguments, knowledge and new technology that can lead to skills and capacity development for further development of academic works, studies, research and academic services of Kasem Bundit University faculty members, as well as universities and organizations in Thailand and international.
3.To promote cooperation and to be a platform for the presentation of academic articles in the fields of learning and teaching, research, social services, and cultural promotion of Kasam Bundit University staff with universities and other organizations in Thailand and international.

PUBLICATION ETHICS
Duties of Authors
Authors of articles should follow international standards and practices in the preparation of their papers.
They should present an accurate account of the work performed that contain sufficient data and references. Authors may refer to the Journal’s Format, Standards and Referencing style for further details. Additionally, they should ensure that their works are original, and if the work and/or words of others are used, it/they must be appropriately cited or quoted with permission where necessary. Copyright infringement and plagiarism are prohibited.
In general, and author should not submit for consideration in another journal a paper that is being considered for publication, or has been published previously.
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the paper. Authors and co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.
Duties of Reviewers
Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Any selected peer reviewer who feels unqualified to review or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and decline to participate in the review process. In the case that there are some ethical issues in the paper, e.g. substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper, and copyright infringement he/she should bring these to attention of the editor. He/she should observe that the review process is fair, unbiased, timely, and confidential.
Duties of Editors
The editors are guided by the policies of the journal’s constrained by such legal requirements as label, copyright infringement and plagiarism. They shall ensure that the peer review process is fair, unbiased, timely and confidential by at least two external and independent reviewers, i.e. the so - called double-blinded.
Duties of the Publisher
The publisher has a supporting, investing and nurturing role in the publication and distribution of the Journal, but also is ultimately responsible for enduring the proper practices, particularly those concerns with the authors, peer reviewers and editors, are followed in its publications, The publisher is the owner of the Journal and the articles contained therein.

JOURNAL STANDARD
In quantitive terms, an article may consist of about 12-15 pages, including references, Research results contain tables of empirical data as well as statistical techniques employed for description, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference.
Kasem Bundit Journal applies article quality criteria as established by the Thailand Citation Index (TCI) for an evaluation of quality of an article to be published on the Journal as follows:
- Clarity of abstract,
- Quality and conformity to the stated aim and scope of the Journal,
- Readability of articles,
- Originality and body of knowledge
REFERENCES
Kasem Bundit Journal adopts referencing style of the Americal Psychological Association (APA) as exemplified below:
