Announcement of the Revision to the Academic Evaluation Criteria

Pursuant to the Announcement of the Civil Service Commission in Higher Education Institutions entitled Criteria and Procedures for the Appointment of Individuals to the Academic Ranks of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (No. 3), B.E. 2568 (2025), dated 29 October 2025, which stipulates that academic works submitted for consideration of academic promotion must undergo quality assessment through peer review by at least two qualified reviewers;
In order to ensure compliance with the aforementioned criteria, the Kasem Bundit Journal hereby revises the number of peer reviewers responsible for evaluating academic manuscripts from three reviewers to two reviewers. The reviewers must possess qualifications and expertise relevant to the respective academic disciplines and shall conduct evaluations in accordance with the ethical and academic quality standards prescribed by the Civil Service Commission in Higher Education Institutions.

This revision shall take effect for articles published in Kasem Bundit Journal, Volume 27, Issue 2 (July–December 2026) onward.
