แนวทางการบริหารจัดการขยะของเทศบาลเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Abstract

The study of the approach of Waste Management  in Mueang Municipality of Prachuab Khiri Khan aims at 1) Studying the situation and the obstacles of waste management in Mueang Municipality of Prachuab Khiri Khan 2) Finding the suitable approach in waste management of Mueang Municipality of Prachuab Khiri Khan province by using Qualitative Mythodology. The 10 keys informants are the chief of local organization, environment expertises, president of local committee and environment volunteer group.

The research found that

1) the situation and the obstacle of waste management in Mueang Municipality of Prachuab Khiri Khan is lack of Area of waste management in Prachuab Khiri Khan province, participation of people in law enforcement, knowledge and understanding in waste management and behavior of environment unfriendly.

2) The suitable approach in waste management is

(1)  To formulate the policy and key indicator of clear waste management plan.

(2) To educate and awareness enhancement for children in school and people in communities.

(3) To build network of civil society in waste management.

(4) To perform law enforcement upon misconduct people and

(5) To supervise and evaluate continuously for sustainable development.
