การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ และผลการใช้ระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มายคอร์สวิลล์ในชั้นเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 61 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ ด้านแรงจูงใจในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาเห็นว่าภาษาอังกฤษช่วยให้สามารถติดต่อกับชาวต่างชาติได้ ภาษาอังกฤษมีประโยชน์มากในยุคสังคมข่าวสาร และบุคคลที่มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษมีโอกาสหางานทำได้ง่ายกว่าบุคคลที่ไม่มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ด้านการใช้ระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มายคอร์สวิลล์ในชั้นเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ควรนำระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มายคอร์สวิลล์ไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนในวิชาอื่นๆ ด้วย การใช้เครื่องมือในระบบ LMS เช่น การสุ่มชื่อนักเรียนอัตโนมัติ และตัวจับเวลา ช่วยให้การเรียนน่าสนใจมากขึ้น และการนำเอกสารประกอบการสอน หรือการแนะนำวิดีทัศน์ที่น่าสนใจลงในระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มายคอร์สวิลล์เอื้อประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอน
