ตัวแบบการวิเคราะห์ระบบการเมือง: ตัวแบบของอิสตัน และพาร์สันส์

Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีการวิเคราะห์ระบบการเมืองตามตัวแบบของอิสตันและ พาร์สันส์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันนักรัฐศาสตร์ได้รับอิทธิพลทางความคิดในการวิเคราะห์การเมืองมาจากนักคิดสองท่านนี้ ซึ่งเป็นแนว การวิเคราะห์ในเชิงโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ระบบการเมืองควรมีการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์หลากหลายแนวทาง ทั้งแนวคิดทฤษฎีมานุษยวิทยา จิตวิทยา และสังคมวิทยา แล้วประมวลเข้ามาสู่แนวคิดปรัชญา มนุษยศาสตร์ จิตศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ ที่จะเน้นไปที่ตำแหน่ง อำนาจหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ ความเสียสละ คุณลักษณะผู้นำ ภาวะผู้นำ ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม จริยธรรมคุณธรรม และมโนธรรมของผู้นำในสังคม  องค์การ สถาบัน การบริหารการปกครอง โดยปรับบูรณาการกับแนวคิดของนักคิดหลังสมัยใหม่นิยมหรือแนวคิดหลังโครงสร้างนิยม จะช่วยให้การวิเคราะห์ระบบ ทางการเมืองมีความน่าเชื่อถือถูกต้องเหมาะสมมากขึ้น

The objective of this article is to present how to conduct an analysis of political system by means of Easton Model and Parsons Model. At present, Political scientists have been influenced by both Easton and Parsons in their analysis of political systems. Both Models, however, are primarily based on structural analysis. The analysis of political systems would better be carried out under various conceptual frameworks, including concepts in anthropology, psychology, and sociology. Moreover, the analysis would be integrated with the concepts in philosophy, humanity, psychological science, and social sciences with an emphasis on status, authority, responsibility, sacrifice, leadership characteristics, leadership, religion, culture, virtue, conscience, firms, institutes, and governances. Furthermore, post modernism concept or post structuralism concept should be also taken into consideration. The said approaches would eventually lead to a more appropriate and reliable political analysis.
