ความสอดคล้องระหว่างความคิดเห็นของตัวแสดงที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการก่อตัวของนโยบายการแก้ไข ปัญหาความยากจน ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคิดเห็นของตัวแสดงที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการก่อตัวนโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจน จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ วิธีการวิจัย การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากตัวอย่างจำนวน 408 คน และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 15 คน ผลการวิจัย ตัวแสดงที่เกี่ยวข้องเห็นด้วยกับนโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจน จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ในภาพรวม ร้อยละ 76.8 โดยกลุ่มที่อยู่ภายในรัฐบาลเห็นด้วย ร้อยละ 77.9 รองลงมาคือ กลุ่มหน่วยงานระดับพื้นที่ หรือระดับจังหวัด ร้อยละ 77.6 และกลุ่มที่อยู่ภายนอกรัฐบาล ร้อยละ 74.6 ตามลำดับ นัยทางด้านทฤษฎี/นโยบาย การกำหนดนโยบายการทุเลาปัญหาความยากจนมีความเหมาะสมในทัศนะตัวแสดงที่เกี่ยวข้อง
