การศึกษาตำแหน่งพื้นที่ลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อการขนส่งหลายรูปแบบ

วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกำหนดที่ตั้งของลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่เหมาะสม และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่เหมาะสม ในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี และพระนครศรีอยุธยา วิธีการวิจัย ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้นในการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญต่อการคัดเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งของลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินสำหรับแนวคิดการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้นกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านการขนส่งสินค้าทางราง และการขนส่งสินค้าต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ จำนวน 30 ราย ทำการคัดเลือกกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัย เกณฑ์การตัดสินใจหลักที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดคือ ทำเลที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์ ตามด้วยความเหมาะสมทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และปริมาณสินค้าที่ใช้ในการขนส่ง เกณฑ์ด้านดำเนินการโลจิสติกส์ เป็นปัจจัยที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุด และการพิจารณาทำเลที่ตั้งที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ เพื่อการรองรับการเชื่อมต่อการขนส่งหลายรูปแบบ พบว่า พื้นที่บริเวณสถานีเชียงรากน้อย มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด นัยทางทฤษฎี/นโยบาย ลานพักตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ที่เหมาะสมในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี และพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้แก่พื้นที่บริเวณสถานีเชียงรากน้อย โดยมีปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญในการพิจารณามากที่สุดคือปัจจัยในด้านการดึงดูดเพื่อการดำเนินการโลจิสติกส์
