ความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อนักการเมืองท้องถิ่น และเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นจำแนกตามตัวแปรภูมิหลังทางสังคม-เศรษฐกิจ วิธีการวิจัย การสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประชาชนในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาดินพัฒนา อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 305 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย ประชาชนมีความคาดหวังต่อนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาดินพัฒนา อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสระบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านความรู้และความสามารถ และด้านสังคม ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นัยทางทฤษฎี/นโยบาย นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งที่ตำบลเขาดินพัฒนา อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสระบุรี ควรพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมกับประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้น ยอมรับความเห็นต่าง และอุทิศตนเพื่อสังคม เพื่อให้ได้รับการยอมรับจากประชาชนมากขึ้น และสร้างสังคมที่ดีขึ้น
