Skills Of School Administrators Affecting Teacher Competencies in the 21st Century of Schools Under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) to study skills of school administrators, (2) to study teacher competencies in the 21st century, (3) to study the relationship between skills of school administrators and teacher competencies in the 21st century, and (4) to study the predictive power for skills of school administrators affecting teacher competencies in the 21st century. Research is Quantitative research. The sample were 332 samples including 79 school administrators and 253 teachers followed the percent criterion in sample size specification. They were selected by Stratified Random Sampling the instrument for collecting data were 2 aspects of five-rating scale questionnaires: (1) a questionnaire about skills of school administrators; and (2) a questionnaire about teacher competencies in the 21st century in schools. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), One-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression stepwise analysis.
The research results were found as follows; 1) The overall skills of school administrators were at the high level. 2) The overall teacher competencies in the 21st century in schools was at the high level. 3) The skills of school administrators and teacher competencies in the 21st century revealed quite high significant positive correlation at the .01 level. 4) There were 3 variables of skills of school administrators that affected teacher competencies in the 21st century They could be predicted up to 44 percent.
