Human Resource Competency in Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the dimensions of Human Resource Competency in Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province. The sample group of this study were 230 examples. Data were collected by questionnaires and the reliability of Knowledge, skills and Attributes as .97,.94 and .94, respectively. Data analysis were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis: (EFA), the method of Principal component analysis, and varimax to rotate the element’ core perpendicularly. The result showed that dimensions of Human Resource Competency from factor analysis consist of 8 competencies were Business Acumen, Human Resource Management Knowledge, Consulting Skills, Organizational Development Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership and Navigation Attributes, Relationship Management Attributes, Ethics and Integrity Attributes.
