การวิเคราะห์การบริหารสถานศึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้วยนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่: กรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการ

บทคัดย่อ
พลวัตของสังคม เทคโนโลยี และบริบทพื้นที่ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลให้สถานศึกษาต้องเผชิญความท้าทายเชิงโครงสร้างในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารที่สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพและข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ปัญหาสำคัญ คือ การขาดกรอบแนวคิดเชิงระบบที่อธิบายกลไกการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่อย่างเป็นองค์รวม การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนและวิเคราะห์วรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่ และ เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดที่สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิเคราะห์เอกสารเชิงลึก โดยคัดเลือกวรรณกรรมระหว่าง ปี ค.ศ. 2020–2025 จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC และ Google Scholar เพื่อสกัดองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ แนวคิดหลัก กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงาน ปัจจัยส่งเสริม และข้อจำกัดเชิงบริหาร ผลการวิจัยชี้ว่า นวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการปรับโครงสร้างการเรียนรู้เพื่อให้เกิดความสอดคล้องกับบริบทท้องถิ่น โดยกลยุทธ์ที่โดดเด่นประกอบด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานชุมชน การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) การออกแบบพื้นที่การเรียนรู้แบบยืดหยุ่น และภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มุ่งพัฒนานวัตกรรม ปัจจัยความสำเร็จ ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยี วัฒนธรรมองค์กรด้านนวัตกรรม และการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะที่ข้อจำกัดสำคัญ ได้แก่ ช่องว่างทรัพยากร ความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง และความต้านทานต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผลการสังเคราะห์จากการศึกษานี้ ได้นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการสำหรับการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่ ซึ่งมีคุณูปการต่อการขยายองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารการศึกษาเชิงบริบท และสามารถใช้เป็นกรอบอ้างอิง เชิงนโยบายและเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้กำหนดนโยบายในการออกแบบกลยุทธ์การพัฒนา สถานศึกษาที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ การวิจัยในอนาคตควรเน้นการศึกษาผลกระทบระยะยาว และการเปรียบเทียบข้ามบริบท เพื่อยืนยันประสิทธิผลของนวัตกรรมเชิงพื้นที่ในระบบการศึกษาที่หลากหลาย
