บทคัดย่อ
เมื่อทั่วโลกต้องรับมือกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 เป็นระยะเวลายาวนานกว่า 5 เดือน การจัดการเรียนการสอนท่ามกลางวิกฤตโควิด-19 จึงเป็นความท้าทายอย่างยิ่งของโรงเรียนต่าง ๆ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบและกลไกการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในระดับประถมศึกษาในยุคของการเปลี่ยนแปลงโลกท่ามกลางวิกฤตโควิด-19 ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการดำเนินการของโรงเรียนตันติวัตร อำเภอทุ่งสง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง 17 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 6 คน ครูผู้สอน 4 คน ผู้รับผิดชอบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 1 คน และผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน 6 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักด้วยการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และพลังการเล่าเรื่อง ใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า จากความพร้อมทั้งด้านวิสัยทัศน์ผู้บริหาร โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ทักษะและความมุ่งมั่นของบุคลากร ความช่วยเหลือจากภาคีเครือข่าย และความตั้งใจของผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน ทำให้สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้วยรูปแบบ “เรียนรู้ออนไลน์เต็มรูปแบบ” เกิดนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการ “TTW FORWARD Model (โมเดล ตันติวัตรเดินไปข้างหน้า)” นวัตกรรมจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วย “บันได 9 ขั้น: รู้รับ จับวาด สรรค์สร้าง ต่างใช้ เอาใจวัด” และบัญญัติ 9 ประการเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้กับโรงเรียนอื่นที่สนใจ
